My counseling approach is holistic in nature, taking into account the many unique aspects and experiences of each of my clients. Your comfort and trust are the guiding principles of my therapeutic interactions. I value that the decision to come to therapy is not an easy one for most, and with that knowledge, I will strive to meet you where you are with compassion and unconditional positive-regard for all you are experiencing.
I have specialized training in EMDR, to address and help mitigate the impact of traumatic experiences. Additionally, I have experience in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, relationship/family conflict, self-esteem and self-assertiveness needs, stress, grief, phase of life circumstances and gender identity.
