When couples can concede to such emotional engagements, secure bonding can evolve, thus establishing a bond that contributes to overall well-being and quality of life.

I use a mixture of various different therapeutic models depending on the clients need, however I am most rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I provide a safe space to cultivate new emotional experiences, created between oneself and others, that nurture a connection that can only be described as the most powerful bond we make as individuals.
