What is the goal of your marriage or relationship? Relationships are vital to becoming a whole person. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when distance and resentment is the only thing growing between you. At times, it may feel like the hurt you are experiencing is not worth the effort. The couples I work with learn effective communication patterns leading to more attuned emotional responses. I offer a space to help you clarify your goals and deepen your interpersonal skills.
