I'm passionate about men's mental health intersecting with intimacy, parenting, and relationships. Men need affirmation and support. This is a special invitation to healing and connection. This is a peer-led mens group. Consider this your wake-up call. Sometimes it’s hard to hear. The noise of ‘regular life’ can get very overwhelming. Some men are hearing the call all the time but trying like hell to ignore it. Are you one of these men? This is your call to action and connection.

Intensive Workshops 5 or 9 hours
Workshops are 5 or 9 hours of SUPPORT. Available online or in office. We start with a free 15 min consult to determine if the programming fits. The we began with a 30-minute video introduction. From there I will administer a variety of evidence- based assessments, quizzes, and other tools including but not limited to: Attachment Styles Love Languages Personality Profiles Prepare & Enrich. Each participant will receive a workbook and feedback detailed reports, graphic data of all assessments. (2) 30-minute video follow-up after workshop completion.
