I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families and seeing relationships and families restored, connections deepened, and personal growth take place.
My therapeutic approach stems from Attachment theory and Family Systems theories. I specialize in EFT and EMDR. I believe each person is unique and, therefore, I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy. In order to individualize therapy with each client to meet their unique needs, I incorporate many theories and techniques into my work.
I believe we each contain the possibility of becoming the person we were designed to be: healed, whole, and thriving. I want to walk with you to find restoration, connection, and help you to thrive.
