Navigating this thing called life...Learn new ways to better manage and cope with life's ups and downs, family dynamics, intrusive/ irrational and negative thoughts. Identify and sort through complicated and mixed emotions such as anger, sadness and worry. You will have support through this process and all that comes with being human and in relationships. I teach clients to communicate better and manage tension and conflict more effectively. Clients will gain insight and skills on how to better acknowledge, manage and articulate their thoughts and feelings.
I see adolescents, adult individuals and couples. Favorite aspects of my work...getting to know each individual person, helping them determine what is important, what they need and seeing them prosper into the best versions of themselves. I enjoy giving people permission to matter!
