For the last 16 years I have specialized in helping individuals work towards a better relationship with food. I focus my practice on Anxiety, Depression, Anorexia, Bulimia and Body Image work. I help individual cope with life struggles they are facing. My office is warm, welcoming and private. I am greatly passionate about what I do, and care for each and one of my clients, and provide individualized care.
With my 6 + experience working in inpatient Eating Disorder care; 2 years at the Eating Recovery Center, Denver, and 4 years at the Children's Hospital Colorado. My theoretical orientation includes Attachment theory, Bowens Family Systems theory, and Solution Focused therapy.
At the core of therapy is finding your core value and dispelling your core fears. I work closely with you of you to teach you how to care for yourself . You do not have to go through all you are going through alone. You were never meant to.
