Life can be SO hard, but it can get better! Struggling with life or a relationship? Are you struggling with ANXIETY, depression, or a "transition" from empty-nest, the pain of divorce, parenting issues, loneliness, purpose, and other life-stressors? I was a child of divorce, a stay-at-home mom for 20 years before becoming a counselor, and married since 1983. I work with all couples struggling to stay together and find themselves drifting apart. I also work with parenting issues and teen life struggles. My office is a SAFE place to work through the issues of life that get us all down! Let's start!
I am a Nationally Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. My goal is to be the objective voice in working with couples, women's issues, families with relationship or parenting issues, as well as teens and the issues they are facing today.
