I specialize in trauma, PTSD and treating chronic pain utilizing both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Psychotherapy. Both of these are evidence based treatment modalities with high efficacy rates. Making the decision to begin therapy is an incredibly brave act of self kindness. I have over 12 yrs experience in the field but I always say "we work best with what we know" meaning, life experiences holds much more weight than all the "books and degrees." I am EMDR Certified and have completed Level I training in Natural Processing which is a combination of EMDR and somatic work.
