I work with individuals and couples, offering a mindfulness-based approach to therapy.
I practice holistic psychotherapy, meaning that I help my clients explore the connection between the mind, body and spirit, honoring the whole being. I provide a warm, safe space and tools to find peace and self-compassion through mindfulness practice and inner work, with the belief that healing and well-being come from within.
