The majority of my clients have sought therapy for help with stress, having healthy relationships, anxiety, depression, PTSD, managing chronic mental disorders, and may have experienced trauma, abuse, and/or neglect. I take a cognitive behavioral approach, incorporating dialectical behavioral techniques and mindfulness-based training practices.
