I earned my M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and am now a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I work with teens and adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transition, spiritual confusion, marital/relational difficulties, and the effects of past trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-backed approach to trauma resolution (you can find more info at http://www.emdria.org).
