In my practice I typically work with adults individually. Many of my clients have experienced problems with mood, particularly anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are needing assistance with difficult relationships, transitional life issues, recovering from past trauma, and stress management.
I am accepting new clients and see clients in numerous states. I am collaborative, and I strive for sessions to feel like an active partnership. I incorporate cognitive behavioral principles in targeting specific client goals, but I tailor my approach on an individual basis. I really enjoy meeting new clients and establishing a collaborative relationship. It is important to me that clients feel heard and supported as we work toward their treatment goals.
