Sometimes life may be moving too fast and adjustment to these unexpected changes can be difficult. I utilize CBT and Mindfulness approaches. I am also EMDR trained. Together we will collaborate to help you fight unhelpful thoughts and difficult life patterns with practical problem solving tools. I will assist you in identifying your strengths to build resiliency, increasing healthy coping, and finding solutions to your problems.
