Grief, due to death, break-up, estrangement and unresolved anger can be resolved with guidance and support. My professional training, scores of years in practice, and spiritual grounding combine to offer guidance and healing . Specific skills in mindfulness and meditation add depth to our work together.
My treatment is individualized and collaborative. Each session is based on the wants and needs of the client. EMDR, DBT, and Gestalt may be used. My specialty is creating an open and safe connection with clients. Exploring anxiety, depression, and anger will lead to personal growth.
My personal and professional experiences over 40 years of practice, both in classroom with emotionally disturbed children, clinical social work in a medical setting, geriatric speciality and private practice provide a seasoned professional opportunity. Training and practice in mindfulness meditation is also a mainstay in my life and work.
