I understand that starting therapy can be a scary process. I work to create an open and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through my door. It is important to feel like you have a "good fit" with your therapist, which is why I take the time to listen to what brings you in, hear your personal goals and explain what you can expect from therapy. It's not my job to judge, blame, or take sides. I will work with you to provide applicable tools and resources, identify your personal strengths and offer new ways of communicating to provide relief.

I'm a licensed marriage & family therapist. My passion is working with couples dealing with relationship issues, communication, infidelity and intimacy. It is easy to take relationships for granted. I aim to help you identify and reach your goals. One way I try to do this is in finding your strengths as a couple and giving you tools to be successful.

I believe that everyone has the ability to change. I understand that this can be difficult and takes time. Everyday we continue to grow and learn new things whether we realize it or not.
