As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I‘m trained in the the Daring Way™, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. I incorporate interventions from this and other modalities to teach you how to adapt to whatever life throws at you and change your relationship with your anxiety to regain control of your life.
As humans, we all experience some pain that we never learned to deal with most of us. I believe therapy can help provide the much-needed tools and the human connection to grasp how to manage it. I'm grateful to work in a field where it feels meaningful to be a part of someone else's growth.
