Whether your needs are short or long term, I firmly believe that counseling can improve the quality of your life.
My approach to therapy is interactive and collaborative. I utilize counseling techniques suited to the individual's specific needs. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety/panic attacks, adjustment to life issues and men's health issues.
