I specialize in treating people with anxiety, depression, anger, guilty feelings, and how it affects their relationships with people in their lives, including spouses, children, friends and significant others. I have been able to help people commit to relationships, and teach them how to engage with others in a loving, supportive fashion.
I understand how hard it is to change long standing behaviors and beliefs. Through insight oriented therapy, I can help you understand your behavior and with cognitive behavior therapy, I provide you with tools to take with you to modify those behaviors.
