I specialize in CBT & Exposure therapy in person, online & In vivo- (outside of the office setting), the gold standard of treatment. While these issues aren’t curable, my method of therapy focuses on how to effectively overcome your current challenges & gain proactive tools to more successfully manage, even prevent, future recurrences.
Beginning counseling takes courage, which is why I want sessions to be a safe haven that provides a supportive & judgement-free environment; we only proceed at your pace.
