Hello and welcome! My name is Adrian Harris, and I'm so glad you're here. I create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm here to walk alongside you as we explore the challenges you're facing. I work from a systems perspective, which means I don't just focus on the individual but also on the relationships and environments that shape them. I'm passionate about helping people improve their communication, navigate life transitions, and strengthen their connections with others. My approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goal.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and substance use. My training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy which aims to support clients in managing emotions, shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, and building healthy coping skills.
