Since 2014, our specialists have treated some of the most complex OCD and anxiety cases in Florida training through intensive specialty programs designed for the hardest presentations. We use ERP, the most effective treatment available, and we start exposures during session two. No filler. No delays.
We also have specialized providers who treat depression, trauma, and anxiety related to real life events.

I specialize in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders (phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder). I provide services in FL and NY. My extensive training includes working in the intensive outpatient program and partial hospitalization program at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin and Rogers Behavioral Health in Tampa respectively. I was also the founding president of OCD Central and South Florida, an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation. I am currently only in-network with UMR Top Tier for Mount Sinai employees and their dependents. Clients in NY are seen virtually only,

Nona Zamiri is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and depression. OCD related disorders include body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania (hair pulling), and excoriation disorder (skin-picking). Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, social anxiety, and panic disorder. Nona has treated mild to severe cases of OCD in the intensive outpatient setting at the UF's Health's OCD specialty clinic. She treats both children and adults.
