Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services is a specialty clinic dedicated to evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. We provide individual therapy, parent-based treatment, and support for families struggling with anxiety and OCD. Our clinicians have over 75 years of combined experience and advanced training in gold-standard approaches such as exposure and response prevention (ERP). We are an institutional member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), a distinction for programs with multiple licensed clinicians, deep expertise, and a primary focus on treating OCD and related disorders.
We treat a wide range of concerns, including OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, trauma, PTSD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, body dysmorphic disorder, and mood issues. We also provide perinatal anxiety and OCD care, as well as SPACE, a parent-based program for childhood anxiety.
Our clinic is deeply engaged in advancing OCD treatment. Two of our clinicians are board members of OCD Iowa, the state’s IOCDF nonprofit affiliate, and our team regularly presents at national conferences, contributes to research, and provides training to others.
