We are conveniently located in the heart of South Florida, Boca Raton, and proudly serve the tri-county area of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami. We work with individuals with traditional office based treatment, as well as supportive strategies including at home sessions, real world environment sessions, and HIPAA compliant telehealth videoconferencing online treatment. We offer a range of treatment options to fit your needs, from once a week sessions to Intensive Treatment Programs for more severe symptoms.
Jason Spielman, Psy.D. is the Clinical Director of the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center of Florida. For 20 years, Dr. Spielman has treated individuals and families specializing in the treatment of OCD, Autism, Anxiety Disorders (social anxiety, general anxiety, school anxiety), Panic Disorder, Tic Disorders, BDD, Trichotillomania, Body-Focused Repetitive Disorders, PANDAS/PANS, Fear of Flying, & ADHD. Dr. Spielman is a graduate of the IOCDF PBTTI, has primary & advanced certification in REBT & CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute, is on the Scientific Advisory Board for the PANDAS Network, is a board member at large for the IOCDF (Central & S. Florida), and the president of the FPA (Broward). Dr. Spielman incorporates evidence-based psychological treatments and techniques into all therapy. Treatment is provided for children, adolescents, and adults in an individual, group, family, or couples setting. Intensive treatment programs are available. Treatment modalities include CBT, ERP, ACT, MBCT, HRT, CBIT, DBT, and MI.
