Anxious Girlies IRL
Welcoming young girls 16-17 whom are struggling with anxiety. 8 week group with one individual session. We will be using ERP (Exposure response prevention) in real time to navigate daily anxieties standing in the way. Growth, Empowerment, and real opportunity to "do the thing" rather than talk about it!
