Sometimes we do not recognize the impact that stress, anxiety, and depression have on our mental and physical state because we are on ‘auto-pilot’. Being mindful of our mind and body leads to awareness, healing, and peace.

I am a EMDR Trained therapist. I provide support to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress. I specialize in supporting BIPOC who suffer from “imposter syndrome” and women who struggle with “superwoman syndrome”.
