I founded Sticky Brain Studio, LLC, a neurodiversity-affirming psychology and consulting practice. I provide ADHD and autism evaluations, brief therapy, anxiety coaching, executive functioning support, and parent consultation. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and emotion regulation, blending CBT, DBT, and ACT with warmth, collaboration, and practical tools.
