I am currently offering Telehealth appointments! Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time, have been in therapy for a number of years, or are just curious about what therapy is all about, you are welcome here! Sometimes we find ourselves wanting a safe space to explore areas in which we feel stuck and need to learn a new set of tools for dealing with life's challenges. I'm a clinical psychologist who believes that the relationship between the therapist and the client can be used to help learn these tools and to explore stressors in your life.
I have experience working with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal violence, LGBTQ issues, adjustment difficulties, and relationship concerns, including interpersonal and gender-based violence. I specialize in working with college students, young adults, and couples, but enjoy working with a variety of clients.
I use client focused and evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My main goal in therapy is to help clients feel safe and heard and to use our relationship and learned skills to work towards your goals.
