I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parts Work. We'll explore the root of the problems initially. Then we'll use CBT to identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them, and re-frame them. We will also use Parts Work to identify your Parts, understand them, heal their trauma/wounds, and advocate for them. This dual mind-body approach allows for true healing (no short term BandAid solutions)
