I work with women in their 30s navigating pivotal life transitions including career reinvention, relationship shifts, and the quiet pressure of feeling like you should have it all figured out by now. My practice offers a thoughtful, deeply personal space to slow down and reconnect with what you actually want, beyond what's expected of you. I also work with adults more broadly on anxiety, burnout, and grief. My approach draws on Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. In our work I'll use an integrative lens for understanding your emotions, patterns, and inner world.
My approach is warm, attuned, and deeply collaborative, designed for people who are used to holding everything together and rarely have space to simply be. Sessions are unhurried and intentional, focused on insight, self-compassion, and reconnecting with yourself in real time.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where your pace is respected and your full humanity is welcome. There's no need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. You can show up uncertain, tender, guarded, exhausted, or simply curious about yourself. When you feel ready, I'd be glad to connect.
