Specialized in early autism intervention & life coaching for anxiety, depression, self-esteem & attention issues - since the year 2000. My expertise is grounded in a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (USA), supported by double master’s degrees—one in Human Development (India) and another in FCS (U.S.A). My doctoral research focused on "Early intervention and developmental aspects in children with autism," while my master's thesis examined "Educational aspirations among young adolescents in urban and rural areas." With this foundation, I empower families and individuals to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful, positive growth.
In 2008, I founded CBT2 in Bangalore to offer evidence-based support. We specialize in early autism intervention through parental training and provide cognitive and behavioral guidance. CBT2 also offers life coaching for behavioral & emotional challenges. we foster positive developmental & behavioral changes. Now, we serve clients across India and globally.
