I integrate somatic, trauma-informed, attachment-based, depth-oriented, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. For ADHD, we reduce shame, strengthen executive functioning, and build practical systems. For trauma, we create safety and regulate protective responses. For couples, we interrupt conflict cycles and increase trust & understanding.
Insight is important, but insight alone may not change the pattern.
You may already understand where your anxiety comes from. You may know that your ADHD is not laziness. You may recognize that a current relationship conflict connects to an earlier wound.
