I began my social work career in 2004. I have worked in various settings both in California and Michigan including inpatient hospitals and clinics. I specialize in eating disorders; grief of all types; chronic illnesses; relationship and attachment work; high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout; and ADHD.
I respect individual differences, and adapt my evidence-based interventions to each client's unique needs, goals, and personalities. I mainly use insight-oriented therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy. I often incorporate elements of DBT and CBT. If I am not the right fit, I will assist you in finding the best match.
