Deciding to seek help for life's challenges is never easy and shouldn't be taken lightly. Building a trusting relationship is important to me and it strengthens the foundation for our work together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Adelphi University and a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University. With over 20 years of experience in the field I've been able to learn in a variety of settings and helped individuals struggling with, anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, relationship conflict, trauma, cancer, medical, and stress from many of life's transitions.
Counseling and coaching services for Adults, youth 12+, families and couples. Together we work as a team to create the best treatment plan that is specific to your needs. I challenge you along the way so that you learn effective coping skills that can be applied to everyday situations. The goal is always for you to gain insight into bothersome areas of life.
I bring positive energy, a nonjudgmental approach, and an open mind into clinical practice. I intentionally seek out your inner strengths to help guide you toward your goals. Together we find a balance between thoughts and actions to create meaningful change. Don't keep putting this off. I am passionate about what I do and look forward to working with you.
