I help people experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, indecision/stuckness/failure to launch, and crisis--including victims of trauma or complex trauma due to bullying, discrimination, narcissistic abuse--safely find the roots of these feelings, process them, and transition to resilience, personal growth and fulfilment. I help couples connect with themselves, their values and intentions, communicate authentically & safely and either experience the peace, happiness, and satisfaction they once knew and more, or recognize the truth that it is not meant to be, part on the best terms possible and begin new lives.
I help individuals and couples with strength-based approaches, CBT, DBT and the Process Model used at the Process Therapy Institute. For couples and families, I use attachment and family systems based approaches. I also have personal insight into the challenges faced by immigrants, mixed race/culture couples and their children.
Past and ongoing challenging experiences may be impacting your life and keeping you from focusing on what matters now, and the values that guided you before may be changing, making it hard to formulate concrete plans for your future. I'd like you to know that I've experienced these things and could make it out the other side. You can too.
