Healing the soul wound. With over 40 years of experience, my approach is holistic to heal the soul wound created from past experiences, to heal in the present and to live in balance in the future. I am Licensed Clinical Social Work, bilingual (Spanish/ English) therapist. It is my experience as a therapist working with diverse cultures, whether the soul wound is created by family experiences, past trauma as a child or as an adult, clients can heal.
By listening to the client, we select the best treatment option to address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction including gambling, dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, dual diagnosis, mood disorders, eating disorder or cultural transition.
I have training in a variety of western treatment modalities such as CBT, Solution Focus, Eye Movement Therapy, Constructivism/ Deconstructivism, Family of Origin, Narrative Therapy, Schema Work and trauma-informed modalities.
