Dinner & a Session
Families don't sit together and eat anymore, Well I over a solution to that and I call it Dinner & a Session. It consist of a confidential session and a meal that the family request and i cook it (I have a culinary degree as well) and I set the table and we eat and talk and become a loving family along with getting honest solutions from Dr. Specht to achieve the goals we set in the beginning.
