Life can be challenging especially when a person is struggling in their relationships or has been traumatized. These stressors can lead to depression & anxiety. I use a variety of evidence based treatment approaches personalized for each client. I also use a psycho-educational approach to support individuals as they learn healthier methods to cope with various life stressors.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 26 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, couples & families. I have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence & sexual abuse and their families. I also specialize in treating depression, anxiety, as well as parenting and relationship concerns, women’s issues & grief.
