I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples and adolescents. Clients describe me as being compassionate and non judgmental which helps to create a safe space to explore even the most difficult topics. I use several different modalities including mindfulness, positive psychology, and transpersonal theory. I believe in a mind body and spirit connection. Therapy is about supporting you in getting beneath the layers of habit, addiction, stress and obsessive thinking and help you recognize the essential self within rather than relying only on the mind, which is often the source of negativity.

We are all both consciously and unconsciously motivated to engage in certain behaviors by past interpersonal relationships and unresolved conflicts. Healing is a process that becomes possible with acceptance, and patience. I am passionate about helping people discover a path that will guide them to experience hope and healing.

A group for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. Meets every Wednesday at 7:00pm- 8:15pm In person. Courage to heal is a support group that allows survivors of sexual trauma a safe healing environment. Purpose of group is to provide a space for sharing, feeling safe and learning new coping skills. This is group for anyone who struggles with Anxiety or Depression. Club members are provided with a self help book (The Tools By Phil Stutz) we meet as a group on a weekly basis to discuss the themes and resources of the book. The goals of the book club are to identify negative patterns of thinking, improve understanding of positive emotions, Boost present well being, improve overall mood and implement energy psychology interventions.
