About
Antonia P. Montoya, LMSW, CHES, is a mental health therapist who specializes in walking alongside clients through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenging life transitions. She supports her clients in the exploration and reconnection with themselves, while teaching new practices for creating the change they seek in their lives. She is a queer Chicana woman of color born and raised in Albuquerque who has been a lifelong student of the traditional healing practices of her ancestors.
Over twenty experience working with Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Black, Trans/nb, LGBTQ, and other diverse communities of New Mexico has taught Antonia that her clients are the experts on their lived experience.
