I am trained in anti-oppressive, liberation and empowerment focused practice, and am continually inspired by our human courage, strength, wisdom, and capacity to change, grow and heal. Life's challenges can be overwhelming, and as alone and isolated as we can feel sometimes, we are not meant to take on adversity alone; we all deserve support and care. I care deeply about all those whom I have the opportunity to serve, and hold you in the highest regard. It takes immense bravery to do this work, and I would be truly honored to accompany you in your journey.
I have worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade, in the areas of community mental health, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. I am especially passionate about serving survivors of trauma. I am completing my MSW at Columbia University in NYC, and am currently seeing clients as an Advanced Clinical Practice Intern here in Cache Valley.
