The type of therapy that I do, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is very active, collaborative, and educational. During our sessions, we'll practice new skills ("tools") to help you reduce anxiety, improve mood, and feel more in control of your life. The advantage of this approach is that many people experience notable improvements in just 3-4 months. This is many times faster than traditional "talk" therapy.

I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, autism, OCD, and related conditions. I also provide executive coaching for entrepreneurs, legal/medical professionals, and executives from companies of all sizes.
