I enjoy working with clients that are fed up with constant feelings of dissatisfaction in life and are ready to discover new ways of thinking and being. The clients that I work with are from many different walks of life. They struggle with issues such as substance use, relationship problems, identity issues, depression, anxiety, life stressors and fears about the future. I enjoy working with clients to challenge beliefs about their reality and take control of their lives.
I have an eclectic style, but I lean toward solution focused, object relations and family systems theories. I've been very effective in working with clients to recognize, understand and challenge unhealthy/unfulfilling patterns in their lives.
