Hi! My name is Antoinette Tate, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Currently, I provide virtual telehealth services to clients in the state of Texas. I have vast experience in working with teens and adults over a 12-year career in the social services field. In a Cognitive-behavioral & person-centered approach, I can help you process parts from your past, present, and future life. Reliving old wounds can sometimes be difficult, but I am here to walk with you through it.
My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, & pregnancy loss/ infertility (women's issues). My background consists of working with teens with anxiety & self-harm habits as well as adults and couples navigating through life stressors, transitions, and relationship concerns.
