Let me first say, I am so glad you are taking the first step into improving your health. This is often the most difficult. I have over 17 years of experience working with Children, Adolescents, & Adults diagnosed with ODD, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Severe Mood Disorders, Military/Veteran transitions/reintegration, Stress Management, Tobacco Cessation, Weight Management, Chronic Health/ Disease Management. Additionally, I am a Certified Case Manager, which means that I can help you to coordinate other healthcare needs you may have to ensure that all of your healthcare providers are working collaboratively.
I like to use an eclectic approach primarily combining Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, some Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. As the client, it is important that you and your goals are always kept in the center of the work we do.
