Hello, my name is Anthony. I am grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with adults and adolescents. I believe in the dignity and self-worth of every individual; moreover, I see therapy as an opportunity to join with each client and support them in living their healthiest and best life possible! I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since April 2017. I am skilled in working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
I value building a solid rapport and therapeutic relationship with every client. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to understand the client's challenges in life and join with each client to build specific goals and track their progress towards the healthiest and best self.
Each session is an opportunity to be courageous, genuine, and support each client in living their life with intent. Setting goals is a critical part of therapy and a joint process that is driven by the self-determination of each client.
