My name is Anthony Williams, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients statewide in California via telehealth. I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach to help clients progress toward their personal goals and recognize their full potential. I am comfortable working with a wide range of clients and will see individuals, couples, and families, with ages ranging from child to elder adult. I have had success in supporting clients to challenge negative thinking and unhealthy behaviors that contribute to feelings of depression, anger, anxiety, and overall stress.
I draw on a large variety of approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a solution-focused approach and mindfulness interventions to support with managing stress, anger, anxiety, and depression.
I have been drawn to helping others since I was a young child and am usually the person that friends turn to when going through hard times. I love seeing others find positive ways to manage and overcome challenges in their lives and would enjoy the opportunity to help you as well!
