If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or impacted by past trauma, you don’t have to face it alone. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, helping clients better understand their emotions, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. I accept many insurance plans and offer a sliding fee scale to meet individual financial needs.
