I am a Licensed Clinical Sport Psychologist with 11 years of experience in the field. I currently provide therapy, mental skills coaching, and performance coaching. I am passionate about helping individuals develop more effective habits to reach their goals in life. I have extensive experience in a variety of settings with diverse populations but specialize in work with anxiety, panic, phobias, depression, and trauma/stressor disorders.

I completed my Master of Counseling Psychology degree at Assumption College before starting a dual-degree program at John F. Kennedy University, where I earned my second degree, a Master of Sport Psychology. Following this, I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
