I utilize talk and skill based therapy to support you along your journey. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to equip you with skills that are helpful long after therapy is done. I value setting specific goals for therapy, while also keeping realistic expectations of what can be achieved in therapy.
